Heart-Centered Pickup covers approach anxiety quite well, but a better, more focused, and especially deeper-digging product is available in the current "Cracking the Male-Female Code" series, volume 2, just to let you know.

I included two versions of the Heart-Centered Pickup ebook, but difference is just formatting and headings, but the content is the same.
